1. Your Naptime.pro subscription
Paid by you, the provider. Every plan includes every feature.

- 30-day free trial, with every feature open.
- A card is required to start the trial.
- Your card is charged automatically on day 30, and then every month or every year — whichever you chose — until you cancel.
- Cancel any time online in Settings → Billing. See section 6 below.
- Sales tax may apply where the law requires it.
2. Our fee on payments from families
Paid by you, the provider, on parent payments made through Naptime.pro:
- 2% of each payment while you're on the free trial or a monthly plan.
- 1% of each payment on an annual plan.
- It's deducted automatically from the payment before the money reaches your bank account.
3. Stripe's payment processing fees
Charged by Stripe, our payment processor — not by Naptime.pro.
- Card payments: 2.9% + $0.30 per successful payment.
- International cards: an extra 1.5%.
- Bank payments (ACH): 0.8%, capped at $5.00.
- Dispute and chargeback fees as set by Stripe — currently $15.00.
- These are deducted automatically from the payment before the money reaches your bank account.
Stripe sets these rates and may change them. See Stripe's current rates. Naptime.pro does not mark up Stripe's fees.
4. A worked example
What happens to a $1000.00 tuition invoice, worked out at today's rates.
A parent pays a $1000.00 invoice by card, and the provider is on a monthly plan: Stripe fee $29.30 + Naptime.pro fee $20.00 = $49.30 in fees.
The provider receives $950.70.
A parent pays a $1000.00 invoice by bank transfer (ACH), and the provider is on a monthly plan: Stripe fee $5.00 + Naptime.pro fee $20.00 = $25.00 in fees.
The provider receives $975.00.
A parent pays a $1000.00 invoice by card, and the provider is on an annual plan: Stripe fee $29.30 + Naptime.pro fee $10.00 = $39.30 in fees.
The provider receives $960.70.
5. What parents pay
Parents pay the invoice amount their provider sets. Naptime.pro does not add any fee on top for parents — the subscription and the fees above are paid by the provider, out of the payment.
6. Refunds and cancellation
- Cancel any time, online, in Settings → Billing. You don't need to call or email anyone.
- There are no refunds or partial (prorated) refunds for any subscription charge — including when you cancel, downgrade, or stop using the app mid-period.
- After you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- Exceptions: we'll refund duplicate charges or billing errors caused by us, and anything the law requires.
